Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS:

Saintly Apparel offers a thirty (30) day return policy on orders. Please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please email us at saintlyapparel@outlook.com with your name, order number and concern, to obtain authorisation. After receiving authorisation, we will send you a return shipping label with the return address and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and without approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If approved, you will automatically be refunded for the full purchase price of the item(s) on your original payment method (not including delivery fee), and exchanged item(s) will be sent out for delivery. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue any refunds. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days after products are received cannot be returned.

  • Items do not meet our requirements.

  • Used items, washed items and items without the original tags/labels attached cannot be returned.

  • Items that are deemed unfit for resale by Saintly Apparel.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • International orders cannot be returned.

  • If any product purchased with Store Credit is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be provided in the form of a Gift Voucher.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us via the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Items must be in the same original condition that you received it.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
